🤝 Here I am to share my thoughts on return gifts! Yaay, idea of gifting is always exciting, be it presenting or receiving. It gives immense joy to me 😍

For me, gift should be something useful 👍🏿We give return gifts to express our thanks and also a chance for us to take a place in their heart or home, something for them to remember and cherish.

🍀At our place, We have the habit of giving primarily a plant or seedling or seed. ☘️

1. Whenever we go to a house, all we give would be a plant
2. Whenever we attend a function, all we give is a plant
3. Any other occasion – It would be either of these depending on what function it is –
   1.  Plant / Plant seed  2. Book / puzzle 3. Gift card

It is not that we are against other gifts, just that we are after encouraging good habits. Even if a plant or plant seeds are thrown away, there will be some one out there to pick / receive / grow it. There is also Mother Nature to care for. Books or puzzles can be re-gifted / exchanged / re-used. Same applies for gift card too 😃

I kept saying we throughout because it is a common idea that share in our Family 🌱

In general, for a gift, We keep it simple so that it is easy to choose and there is no hassle involved. Here are our preferences –

1. Fruits over sweets.
2. Books over gadgets.
3. Puzzles over toys.
4. Gift cards over dresses.
5. Plants over anything else! 🌿
